Thank you for choosing Elite Edge Boots, We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. In the unlikely event that you may be unsatisfied with your boots, We offer the following Return Policy below
Here at Elite Edge Boots we want all our customers to be satisfied with their product for that to be ELIGABLE for a full return your item must be, or have
1. A serious manufacturing error with the boot you purchased
2. We sent you the wrong boot or boot size
The boots must be unworn and NOT played in. Once we confirm this, we’ll ask you if you’d like us to refund the full amount
on the other hand, If you find that your boots do not fit you (due to picking the wrong size), we do not offer exchanges neither do we offer refund’s if the boots you received matched your original order. So please choose carefully
If you have ordered and you would like to Refund, We do not issue Refunds without a probable cause.

If your Order has already been processed then unfortunately We cannot issue any Product or Size Exchange
PLEASE NOTE that we only offer full refunds if the problem was our fault and after you received the product. After 7 days of recieving the product if you have not claimed for a refund we will not accept any refunds after the 7 day period. if the mistake was made by the customer (choosing wrong size/choosing wrong boot) we DO NOT offer any refunds or exchanges
